How do I order?
  • Browse our merchandise by clicking on the category links located on the left side of the home page.
  • As you locate items you wish to purchase, add them in the desired quantity to your cart.
  • When you have selected all of your items, either click on the shopping cart icon on the top right-hand side of the page, or click on GO TO YOUR CART from any item listing. If everything looks correct, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  • Enter your personal email address and password, or select I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. (a personal email address is one you do not share with others, or will not pass on to someone else in the future. i.e. president@smithpta.com.) Do not use a shared email address.
  • You are a new customer if this is your first time ordering with your own personal email address. If your school already has an account with us you will not be required to meet the first time minimum order.
  • Once we receive your order we’ll email you an invoice with shipping charges. Print invoice. Mail invoice and check (please include invoice number on check) to Spirit Monkey, 20658 Stone Oak Pkwy, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78258.
How do I place a custom order?
Click the CUSTOM ORDERS button on our home page and follow the instructions.
Do you have a minimum order?
  • We require a $400 first time minimum order to open an account for your school.
  • There is a $100 minimum for future orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders! (continental US only)
When will I receive my custom products?
Custom items will ship to you approximately 30 days after we receive your signed artwork approval and payment (or school purchase order).
When will I receive my order of Spirit Sticks®?
Our products are produced to order. Thank you for allowing up to 30 days for you to receive your products.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept school purchase orders.
Do you take credit cards?
No, we do not accept credit cards for payment.
Is there a discount for reordering a custom item?
Our low prices are the same for first time orders and reorders.
What is your return/refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and there are no refunds. Of course, if you receive a defective product we'll make it right.
Do you have a store? What are your hours?
We do not have a store, but our business office is open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 5pm.
I can't find what I'm looking for on your website.
It may be that the Spirit Stick® you’re looking for is no longer available. We retire Spirit Stick® designs regularly to make room for new ones.
